All-new 2017 BMW 5-series
BMW says it's new 5-series is massively forward in all areas. It is more comfortable, more lavishly built inside and nicer to drive. Its of course a huge improvement from the previous generation 5-series. Bmw may be launching the car by June or July. It will be topped by 530d and will come as M-sport package as standard. BMW is talking a killer price between 52-65 lakhs.When it comes to driving pleasure, BMW has absolutely nailed it. It's compact and agile.The BMW has got a six cylinder diesel with 265 bhp and and 620nm of torque mated to a 8 speed automatic. 0-100 comes up in claimed 5.6 seconds. And this new motor is also more refined .Now while the 5-series is fabulous to drive, a lot of owners will occupy the back seat . But this new 5 series doesn't have the legroom of the new extended wheel base Mercedes E-class. But the seat is really







comfortable and the thigh support is excellent. The back rest though a bit upright is pretty good. They have used some of the best quality nappa leather for the seats. Now the car is feature packed. You getget gesture control and  two screens at the rear and a remote to control the audio system and the screens. The front seats are big and comfortable. The interior is top notch. It also get some features from it's elder brother, The 7-series like gesture control. One one side it's a BMW and they have taken it to a next level when it comes to driving and the quality on inside is exquisite. Taking in everything it reminds me of the 7-seies, it is really that good
