All-New 2017 Mercedes Benz E-class LWB









Now this is about a luxury car,which 20 years ago was the only luxury car around then. Yes, I am talking about the All New Mercedes E-class. But this time around they have decided to stretch it a little further, and by stretch I mean quite literally. The front and rear wheels are more than 3 metres apart opening up a massive amount of space. Though the length is 184 mm more than it's predecessor the wheelbase is generously 205 mm more than before. The top of the line gets air suspension all around to keep it's passengers in cushy comfort. Now get into the backseat and the amount of space that the long wheelbase opens up is very very apparent. There is a huge amount of legroom. The seats themselves are extremely comfortable and now has a reclining setting with memory seats. You get a host of features at the back. You can pull up the rear and side sunshades. You can open up the large panaromic sunroof. There are buttons for pretty much everything but you can't control the fancy multimedia system from the back, which is a bit disappointing. Rear screens would be a great addition though. It features a three zone climate control with four vents at the rear and six at the front. However the vents take a lot of time to cool the larger cabin and often you have to set the temperatures low. The backseat experience is truly a luxurious one and with the levels of space it opens, there is no doubt it's best in the business. The long wheelbase helps the car to be stable at high speed and shuts off all the wind noise. The 350d comewcomes with a V6 which generates 258 bhp of power and produces a whopping 620nm of torque and is mated to a 9 speed automatic. TehThe refinement level of the engine is quite impressive and that's 'cause its never feels it's working hard. The calm cabin doesn't let you know the speeds as it builds up. It crosses the 0-100 mark in 6.6 seconds. Maneuvering the car in narrow road make you feel it's size. The large multimedia system is a 12 inch screen it features android auto and apple car play but what it not feature is a touch screen. Yes, you have to control everything from the knob. It's interior offers a a premium feel and all the luxuries you would expect is this car. Mercedes have taken this car to a next whole new level but you too have to stretch your budget a little further.

Updated Toyota Camry

The recently mildly updated Toyota Camry hybrid  is a combination of opulence and eco friendliness . The Toyota Camry is a great package though . It features best in class back seat features like the reclining seats , three zone climate control , power sunshades, audio controls in the rear armrest which is missing even in some of the mercs and,BMW's . It also features great safety feature like 9 airbags , ESP,ABS,EBD,BA. It has got air-conditioning front seats. Though rear ventilated seats would be a great addition. It is not very exciting to drive due to the rubber band effect of the CVT transmission.
